[UCIMC-Tech] Mailman is sending out reminders frequently

Hi all,

I just restarted all of the mailman service and I don't see anything
else in mailman's queue. I haven't been encountered the problem myself,
so please let me know if you continue to experience it and I'll
investigate more deeply.
