[UCIMC-Tech] Website Newswires Not Updating, etc

Hi Mike,

I imagine this is related to the site migration work that Chris is 
doing. I'll take a look at this problem specifically when I get a 
chance; I'm guessing that the periodic cron jobs are not being run for 
the site.
