[UCIMC-Tech] Fwd: Discuss-CommunityCourtwatch unsubscribe notification

Hey Stuart,

I apologize for what is a pretty frustrating situation. After giving it
some thought, I'm going to push forward with moving to different
outgoing IP addresses in our allocation. This is a pretty significant
undertaking, however, so I may not get to it until this weekend. I'll
keep the list posted.
