[UCIMC-Tech] Internet down

Hi Barry and all,

Peter Folk emailed late last night that he has corrected the issue. If you
see continuing problems, or have problems in the future, here is the
current process for ALL internet (hard or wifi) concerns in the IMC:

1) Contact Dean, UCIMC Operations Director at
ucimcoperationsdirector at gmail.com.
2) He will put a ticket in at Volo.
3) If it is off hours or urgent, you can put a ticket in a Volo, just let
Dean know you did so.
4) Volo is responsible for working internet and wifi service. If the issue
is with UC2B, they are contracted with the UCIMC to handle it on our behalf
with UC2B.
5) If you receive unsatisfactory service, please let Dean know.
6) If you want to escalate further because of lack of responsiveness, you
can escalate to the board (but please don't start there).
