[Imc-web] 2 new features - a note on frequency

I made "CU Stand Against Terror" and " 'I'm a Cop.  Watch Your Back'  
" (title from a quote by a police officer), features.  Both are full  
stories, locally written, about issues we provide ongoing coverage of.

Quick note: We are getting lots of local posts these days.  As the  
frequency picks up, we should try to have a new feature on the  
website every day.  If editors could check the site more often, we  
could keep things fresher as we start with the new semester.

Also, I added "calendar" and removed "home" and "radio" from the top  
links.  The logo and banner link to home and I want to work with  
WRFU's webmaster to merge the helpful ressources gathered under the  
radio link into their site.  Mike, who would I talk to for this?
