[Imc-web] [IMC] UC IMC Website Redesign

I'm definitely in for beginning to talk about what a new redesign will look
like. To add to the complexity, I'd also like to discuss the number of
different sites we have and how to manage that long term. For instance, some
groups have their own websites and some don't. Do all groups need separate
sites? If a group has it's own site, should it also have a volunteer or
group member (non-americorps) to be responsible for keeping it up to date?
That might be a bigger issue.

Anyway, we can totally do this and it absolutely needs to happen.
