4 foot is great. But it needs to have 2 RCA plugs + on one end and 1 RCA
plug + on the other, so this will only work with a miniplug - to
(single) RCA + adapter. 

I also have a 2 RCA plug + to single RCA plug + Y adapter so normal RCA
cables will do.
