			American Government Pop Quiz	


	In 1989, George Bush and the GOP took the credit for the fall of the 
Berlin Wall in particular, and Soviet style Communism in general.  They were    merely the last in a long line of politicians (particularly Reaganites) who had forced the Soviet Union to spend themselves into oblivion, nearly taking the
United States, (and, for that matter, the rest of the Western Hemisphere north
of the Equator) with them.  Based on the above scenario, who is most likely to
get the credit if either Sadam Hussein or Slobodan Milosovic gets overthrown?  
	A. The Iraqi people
	B. The Serbian people
	C. THe Clinton Administration.

Bonus question:  Bill Clinton will most likely take the credit from
	A. The White House
	B. Arkansas
	C. Upstate New York
	D. A Federal Prison
