On a somewhat negative note: sergei's definitely powerful enough to be
a streaming video server for a small number of simultaneous users, but
OJC/CLAM does not have nearly enough network bandwidth to do that. 5
simultaneous video streams at 28.8 would completely max out OJC/CLAM's
network connection. So, doing the math, even one stream would cut
OJC/CLAM's bandwidth to the outside world by 20% for the duration of
the segment.
