[Newspoetry] (technical) known bugs in Newspoetry scripts

1. author's names may not contain commas.

2. two poems cannot have the same name.

3. they are not artifically-intelligent programs like HAL 9000 who can
write their own poems if they think the humans' poems are jeapordizing
the mission.

I'll fix 1 and 2 when I get around to it.  3, I don't know about.

The y2.001k problems are fixed, I think. I'll be holding my breath at
midnight on 1/1/'01.
