has the unmitigated proverbial to opine
that the U.S. got kicked off the U.N. human rights panel
(see http://www.cnn.com/2001/US/05/06/us.rights/)
for being too righteous

Damn straight I'm ungrateful
what do Cambodia, Cuba, East Timor, Chile, Nicaragua, Iraq, L.A., Kosovo, Colombia
have to thank you for
or the two million prisoners
many of them serving long mandatory sentences
in lockdown facilities
for non-violent drug possession charges?

Fortunately for justice,
most verdicts survive spin;
unfortunately, for their victims,
unilateral actors keep on acting
unilaterally

In my dream it's raining
U.S. spy planes and satelites
and the U.N. has exiled the U.S.
state department, justice department, & military
to Mars
