Randall,

I think you have some really interesting thoughts on
this and I appreciate you organizing it in this
manner.  I thought we had a working group for the
conferences/teach-ins...correct?  Are you in the
working group?  I would like to hear what they have
already discussed or what they feel the focus might be
(as well as diverse people outside the working group).
 I just don't want to redo work that may have already
been done.
