Could you please clarify the first two items for me?  

Did the police say that they or we are responsible for determining the i d of the driver, and not just the vehicle?  

We should videotape the incident, but stop taping when the police appear on the scene?

Boy, they sure came up w/ a lot of requests for us to take care of.....Glad the committee tho't it was a successful meeting.
