Dr. Ali Ali-Dinar will also be a guest on WILL AM 580:  Focus 580 from
10 - 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 15. 



Dr. Ali-Dinar is the Director of Outreach & Online Resources, African
Studies Program, University of Pennsylvania.  He has recently returned
from Sudan and is the founder of the Darfur Information Center:
http://www.darfurinfo.org/index.htm, which is meant to provide a gateway
for the plethora of news on Darfur, and at the same time to have
educational and advocacy purposes. He is the President-Elect of the
Sudan Studies Association.  He holds a Ph.D. in Folklore and Folklife
from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters in Folklore from the
Institute of African and Asian Studies, Khartoum and a B.A. in
Archaeology from the University of Khartoum, Sudan.
