[Peace-discuss] Ward 0, Urbana

I just noticed the postings by Paul, Karen and Shirley about Urbana "Ward 
0". I got this from a list of registered voters that I used when working 
for Ricky Baldwin's Urbana City Council campaign some time ago.

As Shirley correctly suggests, "Ward 0" in that list was the same as Urbana 
Township, and was not a part of Cunningham Township (which is 
geographically identical to the City of Urbana, to my knowledge).
