[Peace-discuss] socializing an industry -- good but also bad

James Watt, under Reagan, was trying to destroy the government's  
ability to manage the interior department's obligations (as in  
National parks) for the advantage of his corporate friends in such  
industries as mining and timber.  That is therefore not an apt  
example. --mkb
