their Town Meeting: that their police dept. shall arrest
Bush and Cheney, should they ever visit Brattleboro,
and extradite them to whichever country might be willing to
put them on trial.

   “Shall the Selectboard instruct the Town Attorney to
    draft indictments against President Bush and Vice President Cheney for
    crimes against our Constitution, and publish said indictment for
    consideration by other municipalities?” Daims’ proposed article reads.
