[Ricky Baldwin]

Is this the same Kraft who tried to run for Urbana City Council as a Republican?  I have a friend who keeps trying to rent a storefront property from him, currently vacant, and he just jacks up the price higher every time they talk ... how do these guys make money by keeping these places empty?
