[Peace-discuss] The New McCarthyism

In his entry in today's Open Left front

Paul Rosenberg has reprinted an article he originally published in *Random
Length News* in the fall of 2007 about the new McCarthyism in academia.
Since the Obama victory, he and many other writers have rightly speculated
that we're going to see the conservatives, frustrated by their loss of
political power, turning their attention to those places where they still
have the power and influence to stifle dissent, making the 2007 article even
more pertinent today.
