A driver is stuck in a traffic jam. 

Suddenly a man knocks on his window. 

The driver asks what happened? 

Terrorists have captured Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Karl Rove, 
Cheney, McCain, and Lindsey Graham. 

They want $10 million or they are going to douse them with gasoline & set them on fire. 

We're going car to car, taking up a collection. 

The driver asks how much is everyone giving?
