[Peace-discuss] Olbermann makes one point and misses another...

A wrong-headed segment from Olbermann on Oct 4th re a situation that harkens back to a time when part of Champaign fought to stay outside city limits to avoid paying higher taxes... taking their chances re fire (and maybe police?) protection. Anybody remember those days? Olbermann misses the point that that's what residents wanted, i e to avoid taxes -- this guy had the option of paying for protection but opted to save himself $75. The Q is whether taxes or private ins would be more cost-effective in the long run -- the Tea Baggers would argue for the latter, and would condemn the guy for not paying up, as do I.http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3036677/#39510856 --Jenifer
