[Peace-discuss] Correction on reference to Delaware corruption

O'Donnell has already done well.

But speaking of irony and the audacity of ironic oxidations ---

1. the Dems continually venture to play the Race card
especially considering their racist past (and present).

2. Catholic voters oft vote Democrat (despite
the Democrat platform which is generally erosive to fundamental
Catholic doctrine.)

I'm not quite so sure as Wayne is that she'll do well, but the rest of his analysis seems right - and much better than what we get from the hysterical press about teapartiers.

The Democrats desperately want to run against teapartiers, whom they're energetically trying to construct as racist morons.

What we should be doing is talking to those who oppose the administration - whether they call themselves teapartiers or not - in order to construct a coalition against the policies, foreign and domestic, of the US government.

If you want to be appalled at what those policies are, see <http://www.salon.com/news/opinion/glenn_greenwald/2010/09/17/obama/index.html>.

Neither is Ron Paul's son Rand a "Ron Paul",

I don't find that Christine is an anti-war candidate
and she is not enlightened on health care,
but she is strong on many issues and
voters will identify with her that she is one of them and not part of the ruling class.

She holds some principles that are incompatible with the support of the war.

"You can't be a fiscal conservative or any other kind of real conservative and
be in support the war machine." - Tom Woods (anyway that's the essence of what Woods said)

    She will do well.

It's Chris Floyd, not Alex Cockburn.
