Sorry, a little past the deadline, but $upporting workers rights will never be out of date. A good group working for a good cause. --Jenifer

Jenifer, Right now, we're launching our wave of online ads in targeted areas of Wisconsin. The big D.C. corporate lobbyist fundraiser for Wisconsin Republicans is today, so we need to act now to show Wisconsin voters their corruption. And there's still time for you to pitch in. Can you contribute $25 or more now -- and help us increase our online ad buy between now and midnight so we can make an even bigger impact? These ads will show Wisconsin voters that the very legislators who just rammed through an anti-worker bill that only a corporate lobbyist could love are now raising money from those same corporate lobbyists. Thanks for uniting as a progressive, Cole Leystra

Last week, Wisconsin Republicans rammed through their bill stripping workers of their rights, and now this week they're going to Washington, D.C. to collect their reward from deep-pocketed corporate lobbyists. That's right, on Wednesday, six Wisconsin Republican state senators and assembly members will be at a fundraiser at the offices of a big D.C. lobbying firm. Progressives United is going to shine a bright light on them to show Wisconsin voters who these Republicans are really working for. We're going to run online ads in the districts of Wisconsin Republicans telling their constituents that they're putting the corporate special interests ahead of the people's interests -- but we need your help to do it. Can you contribute $25 or more to help tie Wisconsin Republicans to their corporate lobbyist
contributors? Why online ads? They can be precisely targeted geographically, so we can pinpoint our message directly to the constituents of each Republican state legislator. They're more cost effective than newspaper ads, TV ads, or radio ads, so we can reach more of the people who need to hear our message. They can be deployed quickly, so we won't miss our opportunity waiting for paperwork. With your help, we can call out these Republican legislators and make sure their constituents hold them accountable for voting for corporations instead of workers. Can we count on you?
Contribute $25 or more right now and make sure Wisconsin voters know where these Republican legislators are on Wednesday: Collecting their reward from their corporate lobbyist bosses! From the beginning, we knew this was not about the budget. Then last Wednesday, Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald got on Fox News and brazenly bragged about the truth. This is about destroying unions to help Republicans win elections. Then just a few hours later, after stripping anything budget-related out of the "budget repair bill," state senators pushed it through, ignoring the people of Wisconsin, but granting a long-time wish to right-wing power players like David Koch. Now these Republicans are heading to a right-wing corporate fundraiser -- less than one week later -- to be rewarded with big checks from big-time lobbyists. And we need to strike.
Please contribute $25 or more today to help us fund online ads connecting the dots for Wisconsin voters -- so we can begin to bring citizen accountability to these corrupt legislators. This sort of quid pro quo happens all the time, but now that we've formed Progressives United, we have the means to fight it. Thank you for uniting with progressives, Cole Leystra
