There was no massacre at Fallujah.   This is nonsense.  Mattis expected his
troops to be peacekeepers.  They brought soccer balls with them when they
deployed.

I would love to see your "so called" war crime indictment.  Wonder how much
of it is from your fertile Hate America imagination and how much from the
fertile Arab anti-American propaganda organs.  Doubt a single paragraph is
actually based on fact.
