I haven't read the Kristoff piece yet, but how are you reading Dowd as
cynically opposing peace between the Koreas?    Look, she says:

She's pointing out that Trump is, despite frantic opposition, actually
getting this right - she seems be not at all ironic in saying that if
successful, Trump unlike Kissinger would actually deserve a Nobel Peace
Prize - and also pointing out that the Dems are hanging themselves if
they think that all they need to be is anti-Trump.   This sounds pretty
good to me.   What am I missing?
