(sorry for (cross)posting, but this is the community i'd like to draw housemates from

LOOKING FOR HOUSEMATES!!!
there will be 2 rooms available in my house for the summer 
and as well for next school year.

The house is on 314 S. Elm in champaign a few blocks from downtown
there is a decked-out computer lab, a big ol deck, a Flinstones patio,
firepit in the backyard, a woodshop, artspace & jamroom in the basement,
lots of plants inside and a big yard and vegetable garden out, 
(NO cable or satalite tv!!, but movies are often enjoyed ),

the rent is $250-300 negotiable depending upon what involvement/utilities
or use a person requires (ie broadband internet/etc)...
there is also an opportunity to trade some rent for work in
the yard or painting, or even web/computer work etc ...
