Dear Friends and Colleagues,
As many of you know, Peace Games has just completed a growth strategy that will have us launch an exciting new phase in our work to prevent violence by preparing children to be peacemakers. To staff this growth, we are looking for three new positions in development, program design, and finance.

We need your help. In the past our best candidates have come in through word of mouth. I realize folks are extremely busy, but if you could please, please take 5 minutes and pass this along to people in your network who might be looking, I'd appreciate it. These positions are not yet posted on our web site, so descriptions follow. Web postings should be up by May 22nd at http://www.peacegames.org. We want to begin interviews soon.

Thanks! Eric

p.s. In January we hope to hire a VP of Operations and Director of Staff Development

About Peace Games
Peace Games (www.peacegames.org) was founded on the notion that young people have the power and responsibility to change the world. We are an innovative violence prevention program that prepares elementary school students to be peacemakers. The unique Peace Games approach engages whole school communities - families, teachers, young adult volunteers - to teach lessons of cooperation, communication and conflict resolution using games and community service projects. It is the goal of Peace Games to empower children so they may create their own safe classrooms and communities. From its founding as a student run program at Harvard University, Peace Games has grown to be a national non-profit and is entering an excited period of expansion. Peace Games has a fun, caring, and entrepreneurial culture. Benefits and salaries are competitive and commensurate with experience.
