[Peace] Follow-up with officer

I find this kind of response disturbing.  I just don't believe that 
if they wanted to take this seriously that they could not phone their 
colleagues in Rantoul and get something accomplished. They are doing 
the minimum.  I would call this a run-around. This kind of thing is 
why we need a police review committee. Are there any volunteer 
lawyers out there?
