Vote for the U-C IMC to be Baker of the Day!!



The Urbana-Champaign Independent Media Center has been selected as a 
participant in the "Baker of the Day" contest, sponsored by Great Harvest
Bread Company, 2149 S. Neil, Champaign.  ****THE U-C IMC NEEDS YOUR VOTE
TO WIN THE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME BAKER OF THE DAY, AND ALL OF THE PROFITS
FROM THIS DAY!!!

****PLEASE NOTE:  GREAT HARVEST IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS & MONDAYS****
Store hours:  Tuesday - Friday:  7am - 6pm  Saturday:  7am - 4pm

Several non-profit organizations will be voted on by customers and the
public, between February 1st and February 14th at Great Harvest Bread
Company.   The organization with the most votes has the opportunity to
spend Sunday, March 16th making bread, and keeping ALL the profits from
the bread sold that day.  If the U-C IMC is selected, the proceeds will
go into our Capital Campaign Fund.

Here are the basic rules:  No purchase is necessary to vote;  voters must
be 18 years of age;  votes must be submitted to Great Harvest Bread
Company in person, with only one vote, per customer, per visit; 
individuals can vote up to once a day.  Multiple votes brought to the
Bakery (from persons not present) are not acceptable, and is
justification for disqualification.

This is a great opportunity for the U-C IMC to make some money for our
Capital Campaign.  Please tell everyone you know to go to Great Harvest
and vote for the U-C IMC!!!
