Ok: lets get his straight. Halabja and other incidents did occur. Iraq forces 
did posses and use chem / bio!   Iran did also!  

Iraq possessed an extensive  stock pile of chem and bio weapons at beginning 
of Gulf war I. They did use them on us.  We also blew up almost everything 
that they had prior to October 91 and Scott Ritter's team finished job.  
Although Iraq probably may still have stuff, it does not seem likely and sure 
does not justify war. Inspections are a sham anyway. There is nothing there 
or inspectors would be in level A or at least level B.  If stuff is found we 
need to use high temperature confined incineration or the preferred 
neutralization. We blew up stuff before with H.E. and scattered it to winds 
contaminating entire region resulting in astronomical U.S. casualties over 
220000 on permanent disability and over 10000 dead. When all casualties are 
combined count of dead and injured exceeds 2 million.
