[Peace] SPA endorses AWARE

	1) Student Peace Action will be sending carloads to Prospect
for Peace on Saturdays from now on.
	2) Student Peace Action would like to announce its "day after"
action: we will be sponsoring a march from the PRC noon rally to the AWARE
rally location. This seemed like the best way to add cohesion to the
fractured state of "day after" plans.
