Mr. Patrick Hess has been with the Illinois Department of Corrections for 
over 12 years.
Mr. Hess has also lived in Japan. He is currently Parole Agent with the 
department.
His assignments have included Illinois maximum and minimum security prisons.
His previous assignment was at the Lincoln Correctional Center, IL. He can be
