[Peace] Dr. Abuelaish 5 talks/book signings in Urbana

5 local events and 2 live radio events with Gaza doctor, Izzeldin
Abuelaish, whose daughters were killed by Israeli bombs in Gaza. His
response to this tragedy made news and won him humanitarian awards
around the world. Instead of seeking revenge or sinking into hatred,
Abuelaish calls for the people in the region to start talking to each
other. His deepest hope is that his daughters will be the last
sacrifice on the road to peace between Palestinians and Israelis. His
new book, I Shall Not Hate: A Gaza Doctor's Journey, has received high
reviews. He currently lives in Toronto, serving as associate professor
of public Health at the University of Toronto.

talks by Doctor Izzeldin Abuelaish.   February 11-13.

During his visit, Dr. Abuelaish will be speaking about a variety of
interrelated issues: his life and work in Gaza, the tragedy that
struck him and his family during the Israeli bombing of Gaza, the book
that he's written recently, and the foundation that he has created in
his daughters' honor to promote educational opportunities for women in
the region.

We believe that these talks would provide great opportunities to
discuss matters of peace and justice in the region and would
