Students for Justice in Palestine will have their next meeting this
Thursday, September 20th at 6:30 pm in the RSO (second floor of the
Illini Union). These meetings will be held every two weeks at the same
time and place, unless otherwise stated. In this week's meeting,
they'll be discussing our new committees and committee heads, as well
as one of our major upcoming events, Palestinian Coffee Hour.

After the meeting, they'll be going to a screening of "Five Broken
Cameras" at the Art Theatre in downtown Champaign. We'll be taking the
bus and the movie starts at 7:30pm, so they'll be leaving at 7pm!
Here's a description of the film:

The title is "Five Broken Cameras" which is the story of the
non-violent protests over a 5 yr. period in the village of Bi'lin,
West Bank. It's a documentary made by a village resident and presents
the story very truthfully, showing the effects on his own family. It
includes the encroaching settlements, barriers and wall, uprooting the
olive orchards, and numerous confrontations with the IDF. And
through it all the resolve and courage of the Bi'lin people comes
through loud and clear. I saw it last night and encourage everyone
who has time to go see it this week.

Hope to see you all there,
