do we really think that something like that is going to be necessary? i've 
had to deal with the willard people before (for work stuff) and they are 
not helpful, not understanding and not cooperative.

like i said, so far this guy is the only one i've heard of who is having 
this issue.

also, hannah, do you have anyone else who needs to be put up somewhere?
