We've made great progress on getting volunteers for many of the
station tasks, but still need some volunteers for a number of Outreach
tasks.

I've listed the tasks we've identified below. Let me know if you're
interested in volunteering for any of these - or if you've another
project idea you'd like to work on.

Smaller tasks:
11. Outreach list moderator
-- 10-15 minutes a week. Use web interface 1-2 times a week to check
for 'held' messages, and approve/discard them.

Larger tasks:
12. OUTREACH Group Coordinator , call and facilitate meetings, report
to main meeting
-- The coordinator will make sure the Outreach Group regularly meets,
and that members provide updates on the progress of their projects.
The coordinator will also report to general meetings on the work of
the finance group. This should take 3-4 hours a month, including
attendance at Outreach/station meetings.

13. OUTREACH - Produce regular WRFU newsletter
-- Exactly what it sounds like. Create short newsletter to let members
and others know about events in the station. Make copies to leave in
studio and distribute from Farmers' Market stand. Use material from
RFU website, and put copies of your original articles onto the
website. Probably 3-4 hours a month, depending on what you decide to
do with it.

14. OUTREACH - Farmers' Market coordinator (reserve spot, get staff
for booth)
-- Arrange for check to be issued by IMC-finance, and fill out form to
book stand at market. Send out regular mails to IMC and RFU lists,
soliciting volunteers to operate stand. Maintain schedule of who is
running the stand on which weeks. If no volunteers are available,
cancel booking and arrange a replacement week. This should take 15
minutes a week, or so (less if you get volunteers to commit several
weeks into the future).
