[Trees-outreach] We Won?

I heard a report that "we won".  This is not the time to celebrate.  Now
we've got to work hard
to see that we get a revised tariff to our liking.  And I don't think
for a minute that Dynegy and
it's subsidiaries are cowering in their boots back in Houston.  We may
have a little more time
to do our job,  but we must keep our organization up and active for when
they come out with their
revised tariff (or state legislation).                    Leon McCulloh
(And, at least locally, we want to work to get those lines underground.)
