And dismiss Steve Carter as well?  His 25 years of service to the City of
Champaign was just recently celebrated, was it not?

Sure, we'll make our noise.  The only problem is that a MAJORITY of
Champaign citizens probably don't view the Champaign Police Department as
riddled with corruption.  They probably see the P.D. as doing a pretty good
job of keeping them and their families and possessions safe.

I'd be happy to be proved wrong.
